This cozy apartment has 1 double room with a 150×190 cm bed and a complete private bathroom and another double room with a 135×200 cm bed. In addition, in the living room there is a double sofa-bed of 140×200 cm which allows a total occupancy of six people. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms, both with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a desk area to work.
The building is located 45 meters away from the beach and the promenade and has many services nearby, such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and all kind restaurants. Also, it’s very close from the bus and trolley car stops direction to Playa San Juan, Alicante or Benidorm.

*In case of not respecting any of these rules, the deposit will not be refunded.
The day of your arrival you must pay €250 as a deposit. This amount will be refunded the day of departure if everything is correct in the apartment.
